DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of your completed order, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

Credit Card payment via Stripe
Antique Velvet Gloves processes credit card payment information securely through Stripe. We transmit it via an encrypted connection (SSL) to our Payment Processor, Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
We don’t store your payment information, other than your zip code and country, which we require for billing/shipping and to comply with tax and other government regulations.
Please note gems sizes are estimate on mounting. Please bear in mind that as our jewellery is antique and will not be in “as new” condition. We are committed to customer satisfaction in case you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will gladly offer you full refund minus shipping cost which is entirely on buyers end. In case of return please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
